“They received the word with great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see whether these things were so.” (NASB)
Bethlehem, inspired by the book of Micah confronts us with the seriousness of sin—our dishonesty, idolatry, injustice, and failure to walk humbly with God. Yet Micah's message does not end in judgment. From little Bethlehem, God promises a King: the Shepherd-Ruler who brings his people home, defeats darkness, and establishes lasting peace. As we sing, we confess our need for mercy and look with hope to Christ, our salvation.
